Cliff Cake Stack: Three of our giant pancakes served with butter and syrup.

Cycology: Three of our giant pancakes served with peanut butter and banana to fuel the rest of your ride.

French Toast: Three of our giant pancakes served with butter and syrup.

Omelette: Three-egg omelette with choice of ham, bacon, sausage, American cheese, Swiss cheese, cheddar, onion, tomato, jalapeño, and bell pepper.

 

A LA CARTE

Egg: One egg cooked any way.

Cliff Sandwich: Buttermilk biscuit topped with a fried egg, American cheese, and your choice of bacon or ham.

Biscuit and Gravy: One biscuit with our peppered gravy.

Cliff Cake: One giant pancake served with butter and syrup.

Waffle: One waffle served with butter and syrup.

Hashbrowns: Crispy shredded potatoes. Have them topped with American cheese and grilled onions.

Toast: Your choice of white or wheat toast. Try it with our house-made apple butter.

Bacon: Three strips of hickory-smoked bacon.

Sausage: Three sausage links.

Ham: One slice of country ham.

Fruit Cup: A cup of seasonal fresh fruit.

STARTERS

Deviled Eggs: A classic, all-American egg dish. Comes in an order of three. Or add one to any selection.

Cliff Queso: Creamy Monterey Jack cheese blended with chopped jalapeños and served with our house-made tortilla chips.

Loaded Beef Nachos: House-made tortilla chips, topped with seasoned ground beef, queso, dived tomato, onion and black olives.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip: A creamy, savory dip with chopped spinach and artichoke hearts. Made fresh to order. Served with our house-made tortilla chips.

Mozzarella Sticks: 6 sticks of creamy mozzarella, battered and deep fried. Served with our house-made marinara sauce.

Hot Wings: Eight juicy chicken wings tossed in our tangy buffalo sauce. Served with house-made ranch.

 

SANDWICHES

BL Tipton: Thick cuts of hickory-smoked bacon, fresh tomato, and crispy lettuce on toasted bread. Served with a side of aioli.

Chicken Bacon Swiss: Flat-top grilled chicken breast on a toasted hoagie roll topped with thick cuts of crispy hickory-smoked bacon and melted Swiss cheese.

Reuben: Mouth-watering corned beef, sourkraut, and Swiss cheese on toasted marbled rye with thousand island.

The Cliff: Grilled pastrami, ham, and provolone topped with our house-made slaw and served on toasted Foccacia bread.

The Hobo Grilled Cheese: Swiss, American and cheddar cheese on parmesan toast with grilled tomato and hickory-smoked bacon.

Miner's Pick Burger: Single (4oz) or double patty topped with American cheese and served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on the side. Add aioli with no extra charge. Extra toppings include cheddar, provolone, Swiss, ghost pepper jack, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, grilled bell pepper, fried egg, and hickory-smoked bacon.

Black Bean Burger: 100 percent black bean burger served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on the side. Add aioli with no extra charge. Extra toppings include cheddar, provolone, Swiss, ghost pepper jack, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, grilled bell pepper, fried egg, and hickory-smoked bacon.

Sides: Fries, Onion Rings, Cheesy Mac, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Missouri Rice Blend, Broccoli, and Side Salad

 

FRESH GREENS

Side Salad: Mixed greens topped with tomato, cucumber, red onion and multi-grain croutons.

Garden Salad: Mixed greens topped with cheddar, diced tomato, cucumber, red onion and croutons. Add grilled or fried chicken breast.

Caesar Salad: Crispy Romain lettuce tossed with parmesan, croutons and classic Caesar dressing. Add grilled or fried chicken breast.

Crispy Southwest Salad: Mixed greens topped with cucumber, onion, cheddar, and our Boomtown fried chicken. Served with mild salsa on the side. Substitute grilled chicken for no additional charge.

Dressings: House-made Balsamic Vinaigrette, House-made Ranch, French, Light Italian, Thousand Island, and Honey Mustard

Saginaw Hill Meatloaf: Classic house-made meatloaf topped with our tangy tomato sauce.

Boomtown Fried Chicken: Six ounce chicken breast seasoned and hand-battered.

Spaghetti and Meatballs: Two house-made meatballs on a bed of spaghetti and marinara sauce. Served with garlic toast and a side salad.

Pork Chop: Eight ounce bone-in pork chop seasoned with our special spice blend.

Seared Coho Salmon: Flat-top seared salmon steak with salt and cracked pepper. Topped with house-made lemon and tarragon compound butter.

Sides: Fries, Onion Rings, Cheesy Mac, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Missouri Rice Blend, Broccoli, and Side Salad

 

DESSERT

Crème Brûlée: Rich vanilla custard base topped with a texturally contrasting layer of hardened caramelized sugar.

Chocolate Crème: Rich, luxurious chocolate custard.
